Voxel Dental is proud to offer our state-of-the-art facility to companies, doctors, study clubs, groups & consultants to host educational events. 

Our brand-new facility features everything you need for attending or hosting your course or event. From hands-on training utilizing our 16-foot LED screen to walking through in-chair processes or patient positioning on multiple CBCT's, our facilities can accommodate education for the entire digital dental workflow.

Your event fee of $5,000 includes:

  • Use of all Voxel educational facilities
  • A/V set-up
  • Access to our 16-foot LED screen for presentations
  • We will coordinate food options and ordering to accommodate your guests including breakfast and lunch as well as a beer & wine happy hour if needed
  • Optional video recording and live-streaming of events are available for an additional fee

Voxel is located just outside Houston in Magnolia, TX. We are a short 25-30 min ride from George Bush Intercontinental Airport and within a few miles of the Waterway in the Woodlands, a beautiful area with a variety of bars, restaurants and things to do. Our address is:

Work Hard, play hard

We are surrounded by great areas for dining and entertainment. The Pavilion is located on the Waterway and is one of the top outdoor amphitheaters/concert venues in the country. It's nice to consider for marketing your course if an event is
taking place on your chosen dates. It is a 2-5 min walk from the Marriott and Westin (marked in PURPLE on the map). Here are some additional areas of interest highlighted on the adjoining map:

  • Waterway Square (RED) - This is where all of the bars and several restaurants are located. Everything in this region is walkable and no more than a couple hundred yards from your hotel. 
  • Market Street (BLUE) - This area is also walkable from the hotel. It is a .5 mile walk. This area contains very upscale shopping and several restaurants. 
  • Hughes Landing (GREEN) - This area is down the waterway at the lake. There is a free shuttle that picks up right outside your hotel. Top picks in this area would be Local Pour, Del Friscos, Escalantes, & Truluck’s.
